My name is Elena Rudy.  I have practiced massage in the Eugene area for over a decade.  In my practice I focus on the relief of chronic pain through the use of a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and myofascial release. I enjoy working with people to figure out the cause of their pain and how we can achieve relief from that pain together.

As well, I have studied prenatal massage and enjoy working with women throughout their pregnancies.  Massage relieves many of the aches and pains that pregnancy presents as a woman's body changes.  You can read more about the benefits of pregnancy massage by clicking on the Pregnancy Massage tab to the left.

At this time, I only take PacificSource health insurance. However, I do work with people involved in Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs).
